
Perhaps 30—ISLAMABADH ( DAWN/ANN)— At least 28 folks died and 22 were injured after a vehicle fell into a valley in Washuk,  , Balochistan , on Wednesday, according to authorities.
According to Basima Assistant Commissioner (AC ) Ismail Mengal, who spoke to the network , the accident took place when a wheel on the car burst, which caused it to crash into a hill and then plunge into a canyon.
Three women and three babies were also among the dying, AC Mengal said.
He noted that the vehicle, which had 45 to 50 passengers on board and was travelling from Turbat to Quetta immediately, suffered the injury at around 5 in the morning.
Six people perished instantly, while some of the injured were in critical condition, with authorities concerned that the death toll may increase.
The body and the wounded were taken to the , Basima Civil Hospital, where 22 more folks succumbed to their wounds.
Nine of the injured were in critical condition and transferred to , Combined Military Hospital , ( CMH) Khuzdar.
Four additional people in critical state were requested by the Pakistan Army  to resupply them to Quetta via a helicopter to be admitted to the injury center.
The remaining 17 are receiving medical care in nearby Washuk institutions.

But, AC Mengal claimed that rescuers arrived at the scene as soon as they learned the news.
The majority of the deceased have not been identified however, but Gwadar administration and officials are being contacted for that reason, according to the AC.
Balochistan , Chief Minister , Mir Sarfraz Bugti , expressed profound regret and grief over the loss of human existence. Additionally, he expressed his condolences to the families of the accident victims.
The deputy minister prayed for their quick recovery and instructed the leaders to provide the best health services to the injured.
National Party , key calling for two- method roads in , Balochistan
National Party , President Dr , Abdul Malik Baloch , expressed regret over the affair, describing it as horrible and painful.
He urged the injured to receive the best possible health care, adding that any act of care may cause additional harm, just like CM Bugti did.
According to Baloch,” Speeding trucks and solitary roads have claimed hundreds of precious lives.”
He noted that there is an immediate need to create two- means streets in , Balochistan , and that the state should produce appropriate changes to the finances.
Baloch said that the , National Party , stands with the grieving families in their hour of grief, and prayed for a quick healing of the injured.
