Just when you think the media’s smear campaign against conservative Supreme Court justices ca n’t get any more hateful, they find a way to refute your opinion.
Andrew Perez of Rolling Stone magazine published a strike bit against Justice Amy Coney Barrett on Wednesday that is nothing more than a failure in the Democrats ‘ fight against SCOTUS. The “scandal”, according to the store, is that Barrett’s father is representing Fox Corporation — Fox News ‘ family business — in an continued defamation case involving one of its regional channels.
According to the report,” Lavell Redmond, an Illinois man who was convicted of aggravated sexual abuse as a slight and served 24 years in prison,”” the slander case was filed.” According to the original issue, Redmond was hired by the president of Dolton as a code police officer in 2021. He is suing Fox over a number of studies that scandalized his choosing, the first of which claimed he had been hired for” a job where he visits Dolton homes and businesses to examine them.”
If you’re wondering what the show’s disturbing revelation is, you’re never alone. Barrett or her husband committed an ethics infraction or illegal act as a result of the case, not even Perez had recognize it. The high court is n’t even presiding over a case in which Fox Corp. is a party, not to mention that the case is n’t pending before SCOTUS.
Perez was left to defend the discovery, which is so unnewsworthy that it leaves out the obvious, such as how Fox News “regularly covers things at the Supreme Court and will undoubtedly continue to do so as the great court nears the end of its term.” He also dangerously warned viewers about SCOTUS’s plans to issue rulings on many” questionable topics” this season, including those related to “abortion, guns, public corruption, and whether , Donald Trump , is entitled to exemption for life for acts he committed as chairman”.
Because, as we all know, there has never been a Supreme Court decision in American history that would rule on matters of public importance.
As pathetic as it is, Rolling Stone’s smear against Barrett is not an anomaly. It’s the most recent in a line of fake events that Democrats and their media allies use to delegitimize the Supreme Court. Perez allegedly cited” complaints” from anonymous “ethics experts” who claimed that the public has no way to find out who is giving money to their families as a result of their concern that” [j ] ustices are not required to disclose their spouses ‘ clients.
Of course, these so-called “experts” are almost certain to be Democrats and media operatives who have spent the last several years trying to undermine the Supreme Court.
The wave of dishonest Democrat hit pieces designed to cover the court’s Republican-nominated members has been nonstop, from Justices Clarence Thomas to Neil Gorsuch. The New York Times, which claimed flags flown by Justice Samuel Alito’s wife at their East Coast residence were connected to the” Stop the Steal” crowd and the January 6, 2021, demonstrations at the U.S. Capitol, is the latest in a series of revelations.
Democrats have been fumbling like chickens with their heads cut, demanding that the Republican appointee recuse himself from cases related to their ttps://thefederalist.com/2024/05/20/i-researched-judicial-ethics-rules-for-years-heres-why-the-alito-recusal-calls-are-ridiculous/”>2024 campaign strategy of using the justice system to defame Donald Trump and his supporters despite there being no proof to support such an assertion or allegations of wrongdoing by Alito. Rep. Jamie Raskin, D-Md., has adopted the fabricated stories to support baseless legal theories, including the idea that Justice Department and Attorney General Merrick Garland could order Alito and Thomas to withdraw from J6-related cases before the court.

In the end, one thing is the power: the reason Democrats are undermining the Supreme Court.
The Democrat Party still has control over the Supreme Court, which is the only significant institution in existence. And if the left ca n’t control something, it will do its darndest to vilify and destroy it at all costs.
