SAN DIEGO ( Border Report )— U. S. Rep. Darrell Issa, R- California, has asked the United States Supreme Court to reject Mexico’s complaint against American weapon companies.
Mexico v. Smith and Wesson Brands Inc. was initially rejected by the Massachusetts District Court, but the First Circuit Court of Appeals in Boston overturned the decision.
The lawsuit claims that American weapons manufacturers and distributors are to blame for illegal weapons trafficking along the southern border, which has an impact on Mexican citizens ‘ health and safety.
According to Issa, the situation goes against the Protection of Constitutional Commerce in Arms Pact and goes against American independence.
The case rejects the right to interpret our spiritual Second Amendment, blaming British private company for the violence and lawlessness that exist on both sides of Biden’s open borders, according to Issa.
Another Republican politicians, including U. S. Senator Ted Cruz of Texas, aid Issa’s action to have the Supreme Court dismiss the case.
