The judge selection for Hunter Biden’s firearm case was announced on Monday, with 12 jurors and four switches.
The jury is split equally between men and women, but all four , switches are people.

Numerous potential jurors were struck by the protection and the prosecution during the first jury selection process. Among those struck were people who volunteered for Hillary Clinton, who read the Guardian and see CNN, and one who had met John” Jack” Owens, Joe Biden’s sibling- in- rules, when she was a bar.
According to NBC News, the scholars who remain are:
- # 3: A person who watches “CBS Evening News” every day
- # 5: A woman who worked for the Secret Service
- # 16: A woman who heard about the case on YouTube
- # 19: A female who , thinks that individuals who smoke cannabis may be allowed to possess weapons
- # 20: A man who pleaded guilty to a DUI
- # 26: A middle-aged black man in Florida and Delaware who has a concealed carry permit
- # 31:  , A man who said his father “owns a few” firearms
- # 33:  , A man whose father was killed in a gun crime in 2004. His brother was even detained for pharmaceutical hands and was sentenced to prison.
- # 34: A mid- aged, nonwhite woman who owns a rifle
- # 37: A man who had no idea what was happening until a week ago.
- # 38: A woman whose , childhood best friend died of a heroin overdose
- # 39:  , A man who had an older brother addicted to heroin and PCP
Alternates:
- #50:  , A person who has served on various courts
- # 52: A girl,  , an operational practitioner, who said the laws governing who can own weapons” should be more strict”.
- #53:  , A person who gets her announcement from “my father” and X.
- # 65: A woman who previously donated to Barack Obama
Opening statements did arise Tuesday morning, the prosecutor said.
Special Counsel David Weiss and Nathan Hunter were charged in 2023 with one count of misleading statements regarding a national firearms license dealer’s failure to keep any information in order to obtain a rifle.
A number of photos from the moment that Hunter used the firearm, including one that he found on his left laptop, show that he used crack when he purchased it. The weapon was discovered discarded in a public trash is next to a school. According to the allegations, the Secret Service made an intervention during the research into that affair.
