North Korea , appears to be installing monitors on the front ranges on Thursday, a moment after , South Korea , resumed the extra- Pyongyang , channels from near the border for the first time in six decades, according to , South Korea ‘s , Joint Chiefs of Staff.
In a text to reporters on Monday, the JCS claimed that North Korea and North Korea were believed to be getting ready for their own channels that targeted the South across the border.
” We have identified symptoms of , North Korea , setting up monitors in the boundary areas. We are closely monitoring more developments and military readiness, according to the JCS, and no spread has yet been made from the monitors.
The JCS added that , South Korea , was “ready to resume our spread as rapidly as , North Korea , does something vile”.
From around  , 5 p. m. Sunday, the North Korean martial- produced spread was played for around two days with the monitors into the North.
The JCS director, Col. Â Lee Sung-jun, stated to reporters that the spread was being made from “protected places that are prepared to respond quickly in case of a possible military action from , North Korea.”
After taking a break for six weeks,  , North Korea , when suddenly sent bubbles carrying garbage into , South Korea , each day of the trip.
A South Korean advocate group called Fighters for Free North Korea attempted to fly about a dozen K-pop advertising balloons on Thursday, and the launch of the balloons coincided with a southern wind. According to the JCS, some of them traveled northward.
The group said the balloons carried against- Kim Jong- un , regime leaflets and detachable USB drives containing North Vietnamese pop culture content like K- pop and K- dramas — which , North Korea , had previously warned they may retaliate against.
Kim Kang-il, the evil security minister of North Korea, announced a halt to balloon release on June 2 and stated that any advertising leaflets coming from the South had be” spread with a hundred times the amount of the trash that had been sent.”
The most recent count from JCS as of Monday morning shows that there were about 300 North Korean balloon launches on Saturday and Sunday, both.
According to the JCS, the 300-pound balloons that were collected from the most recent large appeared to be filled with pieces of garbage, including plastic. Little, based on the initial assessment, was found in the bubbles in contrast to the initial two days, the JCS continued.
Some of the balloons not made their way to , South Korea , and landed in the North, after the storm changed its program, according to the JCS.
Shin Beom- jung,  , Seoul ‘s , previous security evil chief, says , North Korea , restarting the balloon launches is good its reaction to the South Vietnamese activist group flying anti- Kim leaflets.
” North Korea , said they will fight with more kites if such pamphlets were to be sent from , South Korea. I think we can take their words at face value in this instance”, he told , The Korea Herald.
Shin did not believe there was a way for the South Korean government to stop unique organizations from distributing flyers and other propaganda that North Korea, in its own, deemed offensive.
Aside from the , Constitutional Court , declaring the ban on anti- North Korea , leaflets to become illegal in September next year,  , South Korea ,” was give , North Korea , the bad signal” by restricting the activism, he said.
” Our government stepping up and sending a message anti- North Korea , leaflets at this stage would be like rewarding , Pyongyang , for their behaviors. We might do so by demonstrating what they are doing with balloons and other provocations, he said.
The trash balloons have turned out to be an effective way of “bugging , South Korea, without costing them too much while at the same time causing a scene”, according to , Park Won- gon, professor of North Korean studies at , Ewha Womans University , in , Seoul.
He remarked that North Korea took a risk by flying the balloons again despite a clear warning from the South Korean government following the resumed loudspeaker broadcasts along the border on Sunday.
” The border broadcasts are quite painful for , Kim Jong- un, as it is mostly , North Korea ‘s , Gen Zers and millennials who are on the front lines. The younger generations will be the ones who watch the broadcasts of South Korean news, he said, because they are already connected to the outside world and disenchanted with the government.
