Consider Trump’s infamous “hush money path,” where he was found guilty of 34 legal counts, all of which were already statute of limitations. The still-chargeable felonies had promised his battle that Trump should be tried for crimes that had not yet been identified because they had been manipulated by the boldly partisan political prosecutor. Prosecutors are not supposed to pick a destination initially, and then only to discover a murder hanging on his neck later.
Likewise, the Biden demo seemed like a fish- and- switch. In 2018, Biden erroneously admitted to being awake when purchasing a gun, leading to three felony convictions. While prosecution failed to do many, probably more serious expenses before the statute of limitations had run out on them, critics had legitimate grounds to wonder why those comparatively little crimes had become a target.  ,
True justice seems to be what these trials are trying to accomplish, despite what it seems to be trying to do. Obviously, hyper- political judges are becoming riddled with inequities. The criminal system appears to be being used as a weapon.
The morality of the institutions should be the focus of attention rather than the political antics of both political parties of the hall. The government is protected by the integrity of criminal institutions. The electoral process should not be content to politics intended to influence the outcome of presidential elections.  ,

The contrast between politicians and justice is a series that needs to be drawn. Of course, judicial philosophy plays a role in deciding landmark cases such as Brown v. Board of Education ( 1954), Roe v. Wade ( 1973 ), and Obergefell v. Hodges ( 2015 ), but that’s a different thing from manipulating criminal trials for electoral purposes. In the case of Trump and Biden, righteousness is at risk. Each of these tests demonstrates how elections have abused the legal system.  ,
Lawyers and magistrates should never raise questions about whether or not justice is being upheld or upheld for the American people.  ,
