The World Aquatics restrictions was upheld by the Court of Arbitration for Sport. The worldwide organization claimed that World Aquatics does not have the authority to “modify like range of application” as it has stated in the New York Post.
Riley Gaines, sexual sports activist and plaintiff in a lawsuit against the NCAA, was thrilled with the selection. The lawsuit, filed by over a few college players, was in response to the NCAA’s decision to allow Thomas to compete at the 2022 regional tournaments. Morris, among others, argued allowing Thomas to join violates their Title IX right.

In an effort to achieve a alleged “equity” for trans athletes who wish to compete against women, the remaining has repeatedly attacked women’s sports.
