Previous President Donald Trump may have been insensitive when he described Milwaukee as a “horrible area” on Thursday, but he is best that the city has experienced terrible, left-wing management.
In a conference with legislative Republicans, Trump said,” Milwaukee, where we are having our agreement, is a terrible area”. Democrats became upset over defending Wisconsin‘s largest town without acknowledging that Milwaukee is actually failing in any reasonable way.
Democrats put up , billboards , across Milwaukee with Trump’s estimate about the area, but they failed to recognize that no one in Wisconsin was offended besides Milwaukee liberals. The town has an overwhelmingly Democrat people, while most of the rest of the state is highly Republican. Some Wisconsinis disapprove of Milwaukee’s unique privileges and blame the area for its size-related defeats when Democrats win statewide elections.  ,
Since I was four years old, I have lived in Wisconsin, and I have visited Milwaukee numerous occasions. There is a lot to love: It has a great city, a effectively- developed beach, and a joy lifestyle. However, if you leave too much, you’ll end up in a conflict area reminiscent of Mad Max.
Milwaukee has one of the , highest , crime rates in the United States, and just , Thursday  , night, a nine- year- older, in his room with a sister and cousin, was killed when someone shot through his window. The town ‘s , violent , violence is through the roof, but that only scratches the surface of its troubles.
Milwaukee Public Schools are some of the worst in Wisconsin and late faced disagreement because the district , failed , to record important financial reports with the position, resulting in the director resigning and the school board being , forced , to handle the district’s dreadful financial situation. Original Wisconsin Governor Tommy Thompson even , suggested , that MPS may be dissolved as a result of these mistakes.
Next year, state lawmakers had to , save , Milwaukee from debt by allowing the city to increase its sales tax without voter approval and by providing more funding to K- 12 schools. Milwaukee would have had to make drastic budget cuts if the state had not intervened because the city relyed heavily on federal pandemic aid to pay for essential services and its pension system was unsustainable.

Look, even if Trump was only making a reference to its crime problem, it probably was n’t smart for him to criticize the city that will be hosting the Republican National Convention. Even the most critical suburban voters likely agree with the former president’s assessment, and not a single person outside the Democratic Party elite actually believes a farmer in northern Wisconsin was offended by Trump’s remarks.
It is perfectly reasonable to point out Milwaukee when you have a city that has been so horribly mismanaged and Milwaukee and voters who continue to reaffirm disastrous policy decisions.
