The largest children’s hospital in the United States, the U.S. Department of Justice confirmed on Monday that it is looking into a four-count indictment against a Texas doctor who blew the whistle on a boys ‘ transing system.
Dallas- based Dr. Eithan Haim second discovered Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston — which , actually claimed , it no more offered body- butchering services to paediatric patients — employed physicians who continued to castrate children during his residency rotations.
The 34- yr- ancient leaked evidence of this false activity along with proof that the hospital administration  , promoted procedures , to slice off the breasts and genitals of bodily good people to City Journal’s Christopher Rufo in May 2023. According to Haim and Rufo, the information Haim and Rufo shared contained redactions that kept the information of small patients a secret.
The four- count indictment, unsealed by the U. S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of Texas on Monday, but, alleges Haim obtained “protected personal health information for patients that were not under his care and without authorization” by requesting to “re- activate his login access at TCH to access paediatric patients not under his care” immediately before the article debuted.
Prosecutors claim Haim acted” under false pretenses and with intent to cause malicious harm to TCH,” under the direction of U.S. Attorney Tina Ansari, who has already been accused of a long list of misconduct in the investigation.
According to the HIPPA Privacy Rule,” covered entities” are permitted to disclose allegedly protected health information as long as” they believe ] it is necessary to prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to a person or the public, when such disclosure is made by someone they believe can prevent or lessen the threat ( including the target of the threat )”.
According to Haim, the threat posed by medical professionals who vowed to “do no harm” but continued to kidnap children to risky gender experiments was serious and imminent enough to put his livelihood at risk. He also thinks that it is a coincidence that the Biden administration suddenly showed interest in an article from last year while it continues to use its ideological allies.
” I think the reason they are acting this is obvious. They want to warn any potential whistleblower that the most powerful federal leviathan in human history will suffer the brunt of their punishment for telling the truth or challenging the dominant political ideology, Haim wrote on his Give Send Go page earlier this month.
If convicted, the expectant father could face up to 10 years in federal prison and a$ 250, 000 fine.
