El Paso, Texas ( Frontier Report )– After being detained in New Mexico while operating an SUV with six workers on board, a California resident is facing federal conspiracy charges.

Six people reportedly ran toward a waiting Dodge Durango after crossing the border wall from Mexico on Wednesday, according to border officials monitoring security cameras north of Columbus, N. M. According to federal court documents, the car reportedly flew along Interstate 10 along NM State Road 11 toward Deming, a community in New Mexico.

Two U. S. Border Patrol cars intercepted the Durango. Border officials observed some people crouched inside the SUV as it passed by the driver. The driver and the other drivers were all Hispanic people without any immigration to the United States.

The agencies placed vehicle Teodoro Ruiz Jr. under imprisonment. He reportedly volunteered to drive from his Californian home to Deming and agreed to speak with providers without a lawyer there. He claimed a niece had a reputation for hiring him to travel refugees from the boundary wall to a stockpile house in Columbus.

According to the research, Ruiz has previously been detained for migrant trafficking in both Pine Valley, California and Indio. He is accused of conspiring to carry illegal aliens for income in a criminal complaint.

Ruiz’s open keeper was chosen by the court on Monday. In Las Cruces ‘ federal court on Thursday, he will be detained at the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico.
