Do you want to know what’s happening at college? If you live in California, do n’t ask teachers. They might soon become violating the law by telling you.
The California Senate simply proposed a bill that would make it unlawful for teachers to publish a plan mandating parental information when their children reveal confusion about their sexual orientation.
For years, teachers have needed a family ‘s , permission , to give students something as small as a cough cut. School coverage may be affected if a small child claims she was born in the wrong system and wants to speak with a caregiver to find out how to have her breasts removed in accordance with this proposal.
School districts for as , San Diego Unified , have information on their website, including telephone numbers and addresses, for the Planned Parenthood places in the area. These pregnancy facilities offer what they erroneously call , “gender- accepting care” . , The facilities provide puberty blockers and incorrect- sex hormones, generally prescribed for off- label uses, that can have catastrophic effects on a child’s body. A child’s genital organs may often be destroyed by the therapies that follow.
The plan is a surprising attack on local school policies and law from the U.S. Supreme Court. The high court , has held , that people have a fundamental right to “marry, build a home and take up kids” and that babies are unable to make” sound decisions” about important decisions surrounding medical treatment.
In response, some Californian school districts decided it is best for teachers to talk to parents about sex and what are known as “gender hypomanic” symptoms with their kids. Under the new law, political initiatives that require familial participation may be prohibited.
If parents consent to transgender activities that alter their science, the effects can be remarkable even in the near future, but we lack reliable data on long-term effects. For these and more reasons, doctors at the National Health Service in England recently decided they ca n’t and will not, for example, prescribe hormone-altered drugs or other transgender interventions to children under the age of 16 for these and other reasons.
The new strategy follows a , critical report. The Cass Report, which was conducted by the authors of, claimed that there is” not a credible data center” to create “informed choices” regarding transgender-identifying children and medication. ” For the majority of young people, a skilled road may not be the best way to manage their sex- related distress”, experts wrote.
But in California, kids will not have the chance to support their own children with these decisions.
California’s plan comes at an auspicious day: just days before the state Senate sent the request back to the legislature for validation, two courts ruled against the Biden administration’s try to redefine” intercourse” to mean” sexual orientation and gender identity” in federal law. If the administration’s rule change succeeds, it would allow boys to participate in girls ‘ sports and use girls ‘ bathrooms and locker rooms, both highly unpopular policies, according to surveys.
The modifications are unsafe as well as unpopular. It facilitates access for those with bad intentions to women’s and girls ‘ private spaces. Twelve-year-old girls would find themselves exposed to naked teenage men. More than a half-dozen lawsuits are currently bringing legal action against the rule change.
California lawmakers may be able to slip their “gender secrecy agenda” into state law, but given the response to the Biden administration’s attempted Title IX rule change, legal challenges are sure to follow. At least two school districts have settled with parents and teachers who fought transgender secrecy, according to The California Policy Center .  ,
California’s law simultaneously puts children at risk, limits teacher freedom, and divides families. California lawmakers are deciding to abandon the duty to protect young people from risky health-related decisions under the pretense of” not taking sides” between parents and their children regarding gender dysphoric symptoms.
When parents inquire how their child is doing, they can only assume that teachers are not telling them the whole story. When a phone call to a parent or guardian could have saved each child from making a life-changing decision, the new law could allow students to permanently damage their bodies.
