President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security ( DHS) brainstormed about infiltrating local communities to spy on Americans, and suggested being “religious” or “in the military” was an “indicator of extremists and terrorism”, excerpts of documents obtained by America First Legal ( AFL ) purportedly show.
These passages, which were released on Thursday by AFL, appear to show how the newly established” Homeland Intelligence Professionals Group” of the DHS looked into ways to expand its spying on Americans, including by attempting to “get into local communities in a non-threatening way” to persuade other Americans to tattle tale on their companions.
The council, on which John Brennan and James Clapper— both famous for their participation in the Russia- collusion hoax as well as for , erroneously claiming , Hunter Biden’s laptop was Soviet disinformation— sat, also suggested spiritual Americans, members of the military, and Trump supporters were probable security threats, according to segments of the documents released by AFL.
” If you ask experts to dive into indications of extremists and violence, they may show being in the military or religious”, one category states. Being able to identify this as an indication suggests that we should be more concerned about these. We need the space to talk about it seriously”.
According to the released passages, the party appeared to appreciate a “political edge” to having the “political landscape” be tied to Trump.
All of this has a social background, the author claims. According to the segment,” It appears that the majority of home terroristism threat nowadays originates from supporters of the previous president.” People have attacked the state and its organizations for the past six years, but it is not like you want a social benefit.
Other federal authorities under Biden have increased their efforts to prosecute “opposition to the regime,” as my partner Jordan Boyd pointed out. The Biden presidency agreed to dissolve the” Professionals Group” in May after an AFL complaint.
According to a statement from Newsweek in October, which lists” a dozen current or former federal officials who specialize in violence,” the FBI has targeted Trump supporters under the supervision of combating local terrorism.
No only did the FBI increase its “anti- state or anti- expert violent extremists” ( AGAAVE ) classification to include the “furtherance of social and/or cultural agendas”, but it also created a new terrorism category, “AGAAVE- Other”, in October of 2022.
” ]Y ] es, in practical terms, it refers to MAGA, though the carefully constructed language is wholly nonpartisan”, an FBI officer told Newsweek.

This is a top-down ideology, as shown by Biden’s own support for the baseless yet uprising claim that “MAGA Republicans are a threat to the very soul of this country.”
Democrats ‘ blatant use of law enforcement to target political dissidents is the real threat, though. For instance, the FBI targeted Catholics for holding orthodox views on sex based on a document from the left-wing extremist group Southern Poverty Law Center. According to The Daily Signal, the FBI described these individuals as “racially or ethnically motivated violent extremists.”
