Saunders ‘ lawyer, Raymond Colautti, told the CBC that the decision was “deeply flawed” and vowed to do more pertains on his lawyer’s representative. He noted that there was no proof that A. B. was harmed and that the damages” significantly” exceed the “damages awarded in more serious cases” . ,
” The program claims that it was A. B. who raised the subject of penises on the phone call, according to the CBC, “influenced” by any additional comments made by Carruthers regarding her testicles.  ,
