In a Saturday , video , posted on his social media accounts ahead of Father’s Day, the ,” Hell’s Home” and” Kitchen Nightmares” star , demanded that his supporters” WEAR A HELMET”, explaining that he might have been in worse form if he had never worn one.
” This month I had a truly terrible accident while riding my vehicle in Connecticut”, Ramsay, 57,  , wrote , on Instagram. ” I’m doing okay and have n’t broken any bones or sustained any significant injuries, but I’m a little bruised up and look like a purple potato,” I said.
The Scottish- born restaurant, who is an done marathoner and swimmer, thanked the physicians, midwives and workers who looked after him at Lawrence + Memorial Hospital in New London. Conn., but said he was “most proud” to the hat that he says” saved my life”.
Ramsay’s chef’s whites were lifted to reveal that more than half of his neck was covered in colored pain in the movie. And, in before- and- after photographs, he showed how seriously his hat and walking top were damaged.
” It definitely shook me and certainly I’m happy to be here”, the fact- competition celebrity said, adding, “you’ve got to use a helmet. I’m not interested in how brief the trip is. I do n’t care that these helmets cost money. They’re important. Even with the boys, a short trip, they’ve got to use a vest”.

” I’m in pain. It’s been a terrible month and I’m kind of getting through it”, the ,” MasterChef” star , said. ” Use a helmet. If I did n’t, I would n’t be here now”.
