
The Taiwanese island denied on Wednesday Taiwan’s statement of the “right of self- protection” if a island aircraft enters the island’s space, saying that , Taiwan , is a part of , China.
Koo Li- hsiung,  , Taiwan , protection chief, claimed just that the island’s military had been ordered to practice the “right of self- defense” if the People ‘s , Liberation Army , “attacks” aircraft, vessels, facilities, or enters without permission within 12 nautical miles of the island’s “territorial airspace and waters”.
Chen Binhua, a spokeswoman for the , State Council Taiwan Affairs Office, said at a media conference in , Beijing , that” Taiwan , is an integral part of , China, and where does the’ proper of self- security’ come from”?
He criticized the , Democrat Progressive Party , authorities in , Taiwan , for drawing therefore- called lines and building “restrictions” on the island’s only actions to protect national sovereignty and territorial integrity, calling it an act of overestimation.
The DPP authorities were cautioned against playing with fire by the spokesman.
