A few days ago, Snopes, a left- aircraft “fact checking” site, suddenly admitted that Donald Trump had not called the neo- Nazis who marched at the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville in 2017, “very good people”.
For centuries, Democrats, including Joe Biden, have repeated this false state. However, Biden, who’s been running for the president since 1987, ridiculously told the media in 2019 that the occurrences in Charlottesville, and Trump’s reported effect, inspired him to work in 2020.
Also, there’s a fresh Charlottesville every week in America now. They are n’t led by a few hundred Nazi actresses, but hundreds of Islamists and communist fellow travellers whose goals are supported by various administration officials, congressmen, and newspapers.
Because it’s all about being” essential of Israel,” right? This Charlottesville happened this weekend in the heavily Jewish Pico-Robertson community in Los Angeles. They wore evil clothes, called for violence against Jews, reportedly beat up a Jewish woman, and impeded citizens from worshipping. Unlike in November, when a 69- year- ancient Los Angeles Jewish man was killed after a pro- Gaza “protester” threw a loudspeaker at his nose, no single died.
The LAPD prevented Jewish worshippers and counter-protestors from entering the synagogue if the reports are accurate, and I have no reason to believe they are n’t. Only one person was arrested, charged with a misdemeanor for allegedly possessing a” spiked flag” — as one does at a peaceful protest. I’m curious whether it was a Hezbollah or Hamas flag.
The violence was again described in the media as a clash between pro-Israel protesters and anti-Israel protesters, according to” Protesters clash outside synagogue in L.A. or” Fights break out during dueling protests in Pico- Robertson” and so on.
The ( rhetorical ) question is why do the pro-” Palestine” protestors show up in front of synagogues, Holocaust museums, and the performances of Jewish comedians in the first place. Why are Jewish businesses and students attracted to them?
Pro- Israel protestors do n’t show up in front mosques. Nor do “peace protestors”, who never seem to object to the string of atrocities happening thousands of miles away in the Islamic world — which, unlike most claims regarding Gaza, are n’t concocted. The entire media and the federal government would be mobilized to combat Islamophobia’s evils if someone did.
But back to Biden. His very presidency is supposedly influenced by Charlottesville, but he does n’t do anything outside of the sporadic, vaguely veiled anti-Jewish “protests” where he frequently reminds everyone of the imagined scourge of” Islamophobia” or fights for the Palestinian cause.
Following anti-Jewish demonstrations at Columbia University a few months ago, Biden said,” I condemn the antisemitic protests.” ” I also condemn those who do n’t comprehend what’s happening with the Palestinians.”
Boy, that sounds like the president is saying there are “very fine people” on both sides. Biden, you see, denounces antisemitic keffiyeh- wearing terror cheerleaders who hate America and the West and also those who refuse to “understand” that there’s no moral rationalization for Hamas’s murder and rape of civilians. It is the kind of odious moral relativism one would anticipate from Jew-baiting X-sexes like Jamaal Bowman or some illiterate right-wing clout-chasing halfwit.
The truth is Biden, who has repeated fake “genocide” casualty numbers to Muslim audiences, is scared to offend the pro- Hamas faction in his party. And it’s not just words. While Biden’s DOJ is attempting to imprison elderly anti-abortion activists who regularly pray in front of abortion mills or attempt to imprison elderly anti-abortion activists, it does nothing to stop the systemic, highly funded, violent antisemitic movement that has erupted on campuses.
There has n’t been a single incident to support Merrick Garland’s claim that his actions are “domestic terrorism,” but there is still no single instance of pro-Hamas rioters who target synagogues and Jewish businesses.
The Biden administration does nothing about the DAs and AGs who permit antisemites funded by Qatar to do whatever they want, despite helping states deal with frightful MAGA terrorists who embrace “anti-government or anti-authority violent extremism.”
The district attorney in Manhattan refused to file charges against dozens of rioters who had occupied and destroyed Hamilton Hall last week. An Arabic-speaking family allegedly beat a Jewish couple as they allegedly yelled” Free Palestine” at a Brooklyn elementary school graduation this week! ” Gaza is Ours”! and” Death to Israel”! In New York City, I can assure you that the perpetrators are unharmed. They are perched high on the left’s victim class hierarchy.
Even a small portion of these new Charlottesvilles ‘ anger or coverage would be nice. But most Democrats are n’t offended by all antisemites. If you insult George Soros, sure, you may be condemned in the pages of the New York Times. If a pro- Hamas mob beats down a Jewish woman, we’re lucky if the paper even reports on the incident.
Every new Charlottesville not only proves that Israel needs to exist, or that “anti-Zionism” and antisemitism are now indistinguishable, but it also demonstrates that Jews ca n’t rely on the left to support them in the present. While the president must placate the anti-Israel faction on the left and he trolls for antisemitic votes in Michigan, he also needs to placate the left’s extremists.
