Democrats are working overtime to stop Robert F. Kennedy Jr., an independent candidate, from appearing on the ballot in 2024 because he fears his battle does hurt Joe Biden’s chances of winning.
Democrats ‘ efforts to deny Kennedy’s ballot access in key battleground state, according to CNN’s left-wing media report on Saturday. According to the report, the Democratic National Committee ( DNC ) and Clear Choice PAC, a pro- Biden super PAC “focused on countering third party candidates”, have filed legal bids contesting Kennedy’s ballot access in “four states in the last month”. These include battleground states such as North Carolina and Nevada, as well as” Democratic strongholds”.
” Each of the papers claims Kennedy violated condition rules that stipulate how impartial candidates , assemble the documents needed to qualify for a country’s vote”, the report reads. Democrats claim that Kennedy’s plan “misled voters” by creating a “minor group” to facilitate ballot qualification and made procedural mistakes in its petitions across five states.
According to The New York Times, Kennedy has actually gained ballot access in seven state, including Michigan.
