” The Real World: Miami” cast part Sarah Becker officially died by suicide last week at her Illinois home.
A family member shared with TMZ that the 56-year-old real TV personality had recently struggled with psychological health. Becker, a American, officially moved to the Midwest to treatment for ailing relatives, including her mother and sister, but had planned to return to the West Coast.
Becker’s conditions were apparently exacerbated by a skateboard incident.
She appeared on the second year of MTV’s” The Real World” as a comic book fan and , employee , of humorous book stamp Wildstorm Productions. She adopted a dog during filming. At the time, she referred to herself as a “19- year- ancient trapped in a 25- year- old system”.
Many castmates of Becker’s mourned their former friend’s departure on social advertising.
Cynthia Roberts wrote,” RIP Roomy,” next to a picture of her previous pal. ” I pray there’s pleasure for you on the other side”.
” Sarah and I had not spoken since the end of the show, so I do n’t know anything about her struggles”, said , Den Renzi. ” The seven of us in that solid went through a crazy, powerful, and often distressing experience up, and that creates a connection between individuals, even when they choose to not associate with each other. I can just say, it’s pretty sad”.
” Sarah Becker … dedicated herself to become a therapist to help others, &, perhaps deeper understand her own mental health challenges” , , tweeted , Joe Patane, a licensed clinical social worker himself. ” Suicide should never be an option, but finally she is at peacefulness”.
” I ca n’t believe this” , , said Flora Alekseyeva, remembering Becker as” the most selfless person I knew. … I have n’t spoken to her in years and never knew she was troubled. … RIP my companion, my colleague. Perhaps you ever skate with spirits without ever experiencing pain.
