An error in a jury in Ohio resulted in the confused discharge of a criminal earlier this week.
Amarion Sanders, 22, was released from Cuyahoga County Jail on Monday evening, and some law enforcement agencies are then searching for him, Newsweek reported.
In a processing, a prosecutor wrote,” However, due to this court’s graphic problem, the defendant was released from the state prison where he had been held because he failed to make bond”, according to Newsweek.
The error was made because Antonio Seymore, 35, who was accused of assault and theft, and Sanders ‘ case were identical on the case numbers, which were supposed to be released after his case was dismissed on Monday. Sanders ‘ event number is 685908, while Seymore’s is 685909.
Sanders was being held on a$ 1 million relationship, facing many charges, including aggravated death, related to the shooting of Derek Driskill, a 39- year- ancient father- of- three who was shot in the head outside a convenience store in Cleveland on September 23 next year, as reported by Cleveland .com at the time.
