The first national debate between President , Joe Biden , and past President , Donald Trump , kicked off in , Atlanta , Thursday night with a problem from , CNN , moderator , Jake Tapper , on citizens ‘ leading issue — the business.
Biden took the issue first, saying he grew up in , Scranton, Pennsylvania , and grew up dealing with kitchen table issues like the cost of food and housing. ” That’s why I’m working so hard to make sure I deal with those difficulties”, Biden said.
Trump responded by claiming that he had” the greatest business in the background of our state” up until the COVID- 19 pandemic hampered it. Trump claimed that even then, the property market was buzzing when Biden’s resource was over.
” He has never done a good job, he has done a bad job”, Trump said.
