Following the argument with former president Donald Trump, was it wrong to remove videos that purport to show Biden’s cognitive decline as misinformation as part of a counteroffensive by the White House? Press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was grilled on Tuesday.
Pressed on whether she regretted any of her “language” attacking press outlets for boosting those video, the press secretary answered just,” Nobody at all”.
” Let me be apparent. It was a particular part of the media”, she continued. ” Look, separate, popular truth- checkers in the media and propaganda experts have been calling out low fakes, and at the end of the day, they’re fakes — , that’s what they were — targeting the leader”.
Investigators and these “misinformation experts” claimed that this leader was being targeted, and what we did was retort that information. That’s what we did, and we’ll undoubtedly continue to call that out”, Jean- Pierre said. ” I do n’t regret it at all”.
Biden’s efficiency during Thursday’s controversy has set off a panic among Political officials, workers, and legislators. Around the Fourth of July, the president is reportedly speaking with Democratic administrators and members of Congress to try to calm those problems.
