After South Korea declared it would consider doing so in reply to a pact between Russia and North Korea, Russian President Vladimir Putin warned South Korea that sending weapons to Ukraine would be a “very great mistake.”

In response to North Korea and Russia signing a convention the day before, which includes a shared commitment to provide quick military aid if either country is attacked, U.S. alliance South Korea announced on Thursday that it would reconsider its position on hands for Ukraine.

” It would be a very big mistake to supply lethal weapons to the conflict territory in Ukraine,” he said. I hope it will not occur. If it does, therefore we too will finally make the individual judgments, which South Korea’s present leadership is unlikely to be pleased with”, Putin told a press conference on Thursday during a visit to Vietnam, Russia’s Sputnik news agency reported.

Although South Korea has provided first-aid kits, medicine, compact me detectors, and protective gear to Ukraine, it has not provided weapons in accordance with its policy of not providing lethal support to countries in conflict.

During Putin’s first visit to North Korea in 24 ages, he and leader Kim Jong Un, &nbsp, agreed&nbsp, to sell military aid “without wait” if either is attacked under a new partnership agreement signed after their conference on Wednesday.

South Korea’s National Security Adviser Chang Ho- jin condemned both nations on Thursday, saying that Seoul would have to consider once about&nbsp, supplying hands.

In a press briefing held at the national business, Chang said,” We intend to evaluate the issue of wings support for Ukraine.”

He added that any assistance that directly or indirectly contributed to North Korea’s defense development was against international law and punishment.

The filing of the extensive strategic relationship agreement between North Korea and Russia, which aims to strengthen bilateral military and economic assistance, is condemned by the government, Chang said. &nbsp,

The statement by Russia and North Korea of their agreement to assist each other if attacked was” no amazement,” according to John Kirby, the spokeswoman for U.S. President Joe Biden’s National Security Council.

” Our view is that this deal is also a signal of Russia’s desperation”, Kirby added. &nbsp,

” I mean, they’re reaching out to North Korea for weapons, and they’re getting drones from Iran. They do n’t have a lot of friends in the world”.

Russia has reportedly received a lot of weapons from North Korea for its war against Ukraine, including nuclear missiles and artillery shells, according to the United States, despite both Russia and North Korea’s claims.
