Rep. James Comer ( R- Ky. ), chairman of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee, sent a notice on Sunday to President Joe Biden’s doctor, Dr. Kevin O’Conner, urging the physician to speak regarding his previous clinical assessments of the 81- year- ancient president, as well as admitted private business dealings between O’Conner and the Biden family.
Following a review on Saturday that claimed White House visitor logs claimed a Parkinson’s professional had met with the government’s physician several times throughout the Biden administration, Comer’s notice to O’Conner comes after a report alleging that the White House had been visited by a Parkinson’s professional. In his letter to Biden’s physician, Comer expressed fears regarding how O’Conner’s medical examination of Biden could have been influenced by personal business relations O’Conner had with the president’s home.
Following a troubling debate performance by President Biden against former president Donald Trump on June 27, journalists have rushed to report on what they have seen for years: the President appears unwell, Comer wrote. The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is looking into the circumstances surrounding your assessment in February of this year that” President Biden is a healthy, active, robust 81-year-old man who continues to carry out his duties in a manner that is compliant with the laws of the presidency.”
Comer brought up a recent report that claimed O’Conner had “never recommended that Biden take a cognitive test.” Comer also highlighted the concerns of the Oversight Committee. Comer also questioned whether Biden’s claim that he had been examined by a doctor following CNN’s presidential debate and White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre’s claim that he had not been evaluated since February was untrue.

The Committee seeks to understand the extent of your role at the White House at this time, according to Comer, and the statement made by the White House Press Secretary and President Biden appears contradictory. The Committee is also interested in knowing if you can provide accurate and independent assessments of the President’s suitability to serve because of your connections with the Biden family.
In Sunday’s letter, Comer claimed that prior to serving in his current position,” Dr. O’Conner was involved with the Biden family’s influence- peddling schemes”.
Comer asserted that recent evidence from the Oversight Committee revealed that both James Biden and O’Conner were involved with Americore Health, LLC. Comer explained that James Biden used Americore funds to pay Joe Biden$ 200, 000 despite the company experiencing financial difficulties.
Comer added,” During his transcribed interview, James Biden confirmed Dr. O’Connor provided him counsel in connection with the alleged work he was performing for Americore”.
