Russia refuted reports of its role in the projectile attacks that damaged and destroyed a children’s hospital in Kiev, the capital of Ukraine, on Tuesday.
According to Dmitry Peskov, a spokesman for the Kremlin, the damage to the doctor was the result of Ukraine’s anti-missile fireplace, adding that this is true.
Peskov, without giving any information, asserted that Moscow’s approach has never been to pin civilian facilities in Ukraine.
Meanwhile, Ukrainian officials have claimed that Russia fired missiles at various cities across the country on Monday, killing at least 41 citizens in the most devastating wave of airstrikes in months, and that a Kh-101 boat missile was launched at the primary children’s hospital in Kyiv.
The back part of a Kh-101, along with a serial number and a portion of the direction method, were discovered at the location, according to the Ukrainian Security Service.
The researchers ‘ opinions are unambiguous; it was a strong strike, according to the Ukrainian State Security Service in a Telegram message.
The UN human rights surveillance mission in Ukraine’s mind added that the attack was most likely the result of a direct hit from a Soviet weapon.
When asked how Russia may continue to defend its policy of never attacking civilian targets following the medical tragedy, Peskov urged writers to rely solely on standard Russian statements.
According to reports firm AFP,” I urge you to get guided by the claims of the Russian Ministry of Defense, which utterly denies that there have been attacks on human targets and asserts that we are talking about a falling anti-missile system,” he said.
Numerous thousands of Ukrainian citizens have lost their lives since the start of the conflict in February 2022. A much smaller number of civilians have been killed in Russia and in places of Ukraine that Russia claims to have a control over.
