One of the closest friends of President Joe Biden‘s campaign to stay in the Democratic Party’s nomination is Hunter Biden, his troubled child.
Despite his long-standing addiction issues and new criminal conviction, the younger Biden is acting as an assistant, and even as a guardian, to the leader of the free world.
Hunter Biden has attended meetings with the president’s top experts and has resided at the White House since the fatal debate on June 27. Hunter Biden’s movements are being sought by The Washington Examiner as his father conflicts to maintain control of the Democratic ticket.
Both Joe and Hunter Biden have experienced household tragedies, and they seem to get along more quickly when things are going wrong. When Hunter Biden and Beau Biden were just two years old, their mother and sister were killed in a automobile accident that occurred in their family. Before succumbing to mental tumor in 2015, Beau Biden after showed promise of following in his father’s feet as a regional politician.
Since that time, Hunter Biden has struggled with severe addiction and economic troubles, fathered a child with an ex-stripper whom his father just just acknowledged, been convicted on federal weapons charges, and faces a looming income trial in September.
None of that has prevented Joe Biden from appearing in front of cameras and declaring his pride in front of his child. Hunter Biden often travels aboard Marine One, spent time with him while preparing for the debates at Camp David, and allegedly has given writing advice for his remarks.
House Intelligence Committee Chairman Mike Turner (R-OH) wrote a notice to White House chief of staff Jeff Zients asking for confirmation as to whether the younger Biden had received any classified information following the discovery that Hunter Biden had been sat in on White House meetings.
” According to media monitoring, the President’s father’s immediate presence at formal meetings has caused confusion for some White House staff, prompting a reaction of,’ What the hell is happening?'” the email says. ” It is unsettling to learn, especially from media sources, that these activities are occurring in the West Wing. What formal meetings and phone calls does Hunter Biden hold, what role does he play, and whether or not these conversations contain classified information.
Hunter Biden’s involvement in some of his family’s firm was confirmed by White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre on July 2.
” He spent time with his family, as you all know and reported, at Camp David”, she said. Hunter returned with him and led him to that conference and speech-writing session. And, you know, he ended up spending moment with his father and his family that day”.
Pressed for clarification, she added,” ]Hunter ] walked him into the speech prep, and he was in the room. That, I can tell you: He was in the room”.
Nearly this time next year, Hunter Biden even resided in the White House. Hunter Biden stayed in the senior palace for two weeks starting on June 21, 2023, according to a report from The Washington Post in August. If true, Hunter Biden left the White House on July 5 — one day after the news that methamphetamine had been discovered on the premises.
Joe Biden has pledged to no walk or forgive his son in the wake of his faith. However, Hunter Biden has some positive factors to consider as his father’s continued presence in the White House after January.
