A Democrat legislative employee and a claimed FBI employee both took to social media to communicate shock at the failure of Saturday’s assassination attempt on former president Trump.  ,
After a gunman opened fire at a Pennsylvania political rally on Saturday,  , social media posts expressed sentiments like “do n’t miss next time” and” so close”.
FBI Staffer:’ So Close ‘
According to a former FBI analyst who spoke with The Federalist, Jenna Howell, a Federal Bureau of Investigation ( FBI ) employee, took to Facebook to express her apparent regret that the gunman failed to assassinate Trump.
” The memes…the jokes are golden”, Howell wrote in a Facebook post. She shared a photo of the grim reaper trying to pick Trump out of a spear system with the caption” AWWW SO CLOSE.”

He appeared to condemn social media users expressing anguish and anger over the democratic violence, writing,” Y’all gun-toting, 2nd Amendment-loving hillbillies much really sit down and stay calm unless you’re gonna change your mind on gun control”.
No formal details have been provided by law enforcement regarding how Crooks obtained the weapons.
Chris Toompas, a former FBI scientist, claimed Chris Howell is a past member of the NICS Firearms Background Check System, which determines whether Americans are permitted to possess weapon. She is then assigned to the FBI’s Identity Research Department, according to Toompas.
Toompas, who said he worked with He before the Covid-19 crisis, spoke with The Federalist about her story.
” The only thing leftists love to do is love those who disagree with them, and in this example, desire for their death”, Toompas said, adding that he was terminated from the FBI for refusing to comply with the Covid-19 vaccine mandate.
” During my expulsion, I went to Facebook to express my disapproval of the order and share my story,” Toompas continued. ” When I did so ,]Howell ] threatened to report me to the FBI for violating the FBI’s Facebook policy. The irony”.
Howell’s messages have since been removed from her Instagram page.
Congressional Staffer: ‘ Find Shooting Lessons’
Rep. Bennie Thompson hired Democrat Rep. Jacqueline Marsaw as a niche agent in 2023, and she regrets not killing Trump in a string of Facebook posts on Saturday night.  ,
” I do n’t condone violence but please get you some shooting lessons so you do n’t miss next time”, Marsaw wrote. The article allegedly targeted alleged shooter Thomas Matthew Crooks, who was shot and killed by law enforcement after opening fireplace.
Crooks, 20, wounded Trump and killed a native father, whose child said he died shielding her from the gunshots. Two other people suffered serious injuries.  ,
” That’s what your hate speech got you!”! Marsaw posted. Later, she criticized Trump supporters who spoke out against her posts, claiming they” ca n’t see the wrong that he does.”

Marsaw identified herself as a “CIVIL RIGHTS ACTIVIST” and listed Thompson’s business as her place of employment. She deleted the messages, captured by the Magnolia Tribune, later that evening. Her profile appeared to have been deleted on Sunday evening.
Following the messages, Marsaw was fired.  ,
A team part made me aware of a blog, but she is no longer with me, Thompson said in a statement on Sunday.  ,
