A vehicle overturned in northern Afghanistan on Tuesday, killing at least 17 people and injuring 34 more, according to a local standard.
According to Mustafa Hashemi, chairman of data and culture of Baghlan province, the incident occurred on a bridge that connects Kabul’s capital to the north.
