But, how long did it next? How much, after the attempted execution of the former president and present front-runner, did all the “turn down the heat” and “scale up the language” we heard from the popular press endure? How long did the cooling period last after their grudging admission that while they ca n’t stand Trump, they may have gone too far by yelling at least once about the demise of Our DemocracyTM and the ascension of yet another Worse-Than-Hitler leader?

Apparently, they had n’t restrain themselves for even 48 hours.
Elizabeth Spiers wrote an essay for the New York Times on Monday in which she describes the poll as” an all-out conflict with an authoritarian megalomaniac.” Trump, she claims,” will gladly kill National democracy if it buys him one more ounce of power..”.
Spiers then laments that political animosity “is often resolved by civil debate,” with a spectacular inability to recognize humor. Yes, Elizabeth, that point was made next Saturday, when someone who probably agreed with you that Trump was an “illiberal egomaniac” out to “happily kill American democracy” climbed a top and tried to burn his head on live television.
Not to be outdone, Joy Reid ranted that Trump crimes and shames minorities. Huffington Post called JD Vance a “next-gen authoritarian”, and MSNBC host Alex Wagner accused him of believing in the” power of brightness”. President Biden himself, in an appointment with NBC’s Lester Holt, called Trump a” risk to democracy”. This was all said after , the death test.
Way to turn down the heat. Kudos for scaling up the speech.
We all remember when, a few days after 9/11, President Bush took the stage to tell the world that you’re either with us or you’re with the jihadists. He made a very common effort to appoint a friend for the supposedly quiet Muslim world by clarifying that he was n’t equated with terrorism. In return, the Arab world spit on his outstretched hands. But he had to declare he tried.

Donald Trump’s speech last night was diplomatic and cohesive. That’s okay by me. We liberals are a tolerant, quiet number, and I applaud Trump for rising above the fight. Like Bush, he had to declare he tried.
And is n’t it odd that when we are attacked, our side always extends an olive branch to them rather than their alleged moderates, which we are supposed to be?
Trump may be accommodative while even insisting that you’re with us or that you’re with Hamas sympathizers, drag pedophiles, and anti-thugs, who are currently trying to finish the work that al-Qaeda started. He can make a very common effort to extend that same kind of connection across the political separate and make sure to understand that he is n’t equated with domestic violence and the Democrat Party. But the place may be crystal clear that the ball is in their , judge, not theirs. They, no us, has cast out the perverts from their ranks. They, no us, must show that the “vast lot” of people on their part are mild and oppose political murder.
If the Left responds to his discourse on CNN and MSNBC with the same amount of retort as Bush did the Muslim world.
What’s that, you say? January 6th?
Go away, scream J6 at the top of your breathing. You have only the despair of seeing a bunch of feminine Air Force veterans and horned shamans climb through windows. But before you do, prepare to talk about these various time:

April 14: The day that President Lincoln was killed in 1865 by Republican killer John Wilkes Booth.
Sept. 6: The day that William McKinley was killed by libertarian Leon Czolgosz in 1901
The moment President John Kennedy was killed in 1963 by socialist Lee Harvey Oswald on November 22.
April 4th: The morning George Wallace’s plan charity, James Earl Ray, assassinated Martin Luther King in 1968
June 5: The moment Robert Kennedy was killed in 1968 by an anti-Semitic and Arab extremist, Sirhan Sirhan.
22nd February: Black Panther supporter Samuel Byck attempted to hijack a flight intended to take over the White House in 1974 to attack President Richard Nixon, killing a policeman and captain.
Sept. 22nd: The evening radical leftist Sara Jane Moore tried to assassinate President Gerald Ford in an attempt to inspire “violent trend” in 1975
June 14th: The day that James Hodgkinson, a volunteer for the Bernie Sanders strategy, shot at Republican senators and representatives who were playing baseball, hitting and nearly fatally in 2017 Rep. Steve Scalise and two others.
The moment Nicholas Roske attempted to kill Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh in 2022 at his home, but he stumbled and turned himself in.
See a design? And ultimately…
The day of Thomas Crooks ‘ shooting of President Trump, inflicting injuries on him, and fatally wounding a retired fire chief, happened on July 13th.
Who is Thomas Crooks? I do n’t want to make too many conclusions, given that little else has been revealed about him other than that he is a registered Republican ( in a state with closed primaries ) and that he gave$ 15 to a Leftist PAC on the day of his inauguration. However, black facts are emerging from those who knew him best. His past colleagues characterized him as not a fan of President Trump.

Not to anxiety… the FBI is on it. They could n’t discern a motive for the self-declared Islamic supremacist who yelled” Allahu Akbar”! while killing men at Fort Hood. The trans activist’s declaration, which was published at a private Christian university, has been leaked. But they are devoted to finding out why Crooks did what he did, like a light beam. Hope responses to began trickling out around 2078.
The Left’s response tells us everything we need to know, irrespective of whether or not our great-great-grandchildren are informed of his intentions. It’s been less than a week since the death attempt, and as I write, it seems like the feeling on the Left is right up to what it was on Friday.
But, yes, we have the smear of Jan. 6th. Democrats have the smear of the Ku Klux Klan, the Weather Underground, the Symbionese Liberation Army, Occupy, the harsh Rotunda coups, the BLM riots, CHAZ, Antifa, Hamas, and so many others, as well as all the above killings and efforts. The Left almost entirely controls political crime in America.
But when they say Jan. 6th, inform them about July 13th. Inform them of July 13th when they complain about offensive posts. When they accuse us of partisanship, inform them about July 13th.
Never ignore July 13th. We conservatives wo n’t let you, I promise.
