A third of Democratic voters wish that former president Donald Trump had been killed by would-be killer Thomas Matthew Crooks at his campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, according to a new jump surveys conducted last Thursday.

According to the UnHerd survey, Thursday’s snap poll found that one-third of Democrat voters agreed with the statement,” I wish Trump’s assassin had n’t missed”.

Eric Kaufmann, who conducted the surveys and is a professor of politics at the University of Buckingham, wrote,” The concerning news is that a third of Democrats help the&nbsp, test on Donald Trump’s life. The good news is that the remaining two-thirds of group citizens actually disagree.

” This raises the question of which kind of Democrat backed the shooting of Trump”, Kaufmann added,” Help for the speech hardly varies by age, race or learning, but is connected to philosophy and partisanship”.

According to Kaufmann, Democrat voters were also questioned about whether they thought the statement” White Republicans are racist” and that 55 % of those who responded were in agreement. The politicians doctor noted that the results demonstrated how accurately the response to” this query predicts whether people support Trump’s assassination” was received. According to Kaufmann, the question” came out as such statistically important that it rendered all other variables irrelevant.”

According to another new YouGov poll, 67 % of Americans believe that political violence is more prevalent in the country as a result of the country’s current political climate. Democrat leaders continue to refer to Trump as a” risk to democracy,” according to The Post Millennial, despite concerns about politically motivated violence following the assassination attempt of a former president.

Identity politics have moralized the Left’s perspective, portraying liberals as evil more than bad. This fuels&nbsp, catastrophising language&nbsp, around’ light dominance’,’ fascism’ and ‘ risk’, leading to a high-stakes personal atmosphere”, Kaufmann stated. We should n’t be surprised to see a rise in political extremism given our new ideologies of identitarian sacredness and moral absolutism.

During a campaign rally in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on Saturday, Trump pushed up against Democrats who have labeled him as a” danger to democracy”.

” They keep saying,’ He’s a menace to politics.'” Trump said. The previous president added,” Next week, I took a shot for politics! What did I accomplish against democracy”?
