Despite making plans to meet with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu differently during his visit to the US, US Vice President Kamala Harris, who is now the presumed Democratic presidential nomination after President Joe Biden’s departure from the competition, has chosen not to rule over the Israeli prime minister’s address to Congress.
