A shopping center in the town of Apsheronsk was completely leveled by an explosion, according to emergency authorities in Russia’s southwest Krasnodar place on July 22.
The local prosecutor’s office , said , the tower was destroyed by a petrol blast. One man was saved from the dust by rescue workers, who are now searching for more.
At least 15 people who were standing at a bus stop near were even injured, of whom three were hospitalized.
Russia’s southern areas suffered a large drone attack immediately.
There is no current proof that the blast was related to that assault.
