For the first time in public since the firing, Matthew Brian Crooks, the father of Thomas Matthew Crooks who attempted to assassinate Donald Trump, has made a statement. When we were seen leaving a grocery store on Monday, Crooks said,” We just want to try to take care of ourselves right then. Please, only give us our room”, according to the New York Post.
He added,” We’re going to release a statement when our constitutional lawyers advises us to do so – until then, we have no post”. These notes follow the event on July 13, when Thomas Crooks, 20, opened fire with an AR-15 weapons during Trump’s plan protest in Butler, Pennsylvania. Soon after grazing Trump with a gun, the would-be murderer was shot dying by a Secret Service counter-sniper.
Matthew Brian Crooks, a documented Liberal, had officially purchased the weapons used in the assault. The home is cooperating with the authorities, who have not yet revealed the attack’s motivation or identified any intellectual ones. Researchers found images of Trump, President Biden, and another top officials on Crooks ‘ phone, as well as queries related to the Democratic National Convention and Trump’s images.
Authorities are looking into how Crooks managed to avoid surveillance at the Butler land show venue, where Trump’s rally was held. He climbed onto the rooftop of a manufacturing facility for AGR about 150 feet from Trump’s floor and fired several pictures before being neutralized by snipers.
