Senator Josh Hawley (R-Mo. ), wrote Senator Josh Hawley (R-Mo. ) in a letter to Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas. According to alleged reporters, the Secret Service “abandoned” its location on the roof would-be killer Thomas Matthew Crooks used to take former president Donald Trump because of “hot wind.”

In a post on X, previously Online, Hawley wrote,” Whistleblowers tell me law enforcement personnel were actually STATIONED to the ceiling the day of the Trump march, but abandoned it, citing the temperature. They claim that while law enforcement was supposed to be manning the tower, they chose to remain outside.

Hawley shared a copy of the letter the Missouri legislator sent to Mayorkas regarding the assassination attempt on Trump at his campaign protest in Butler, Pennsylvania, on July 13 in a post on his social media page.

According to Hawley, reporters have contacted his company with” contrarring information” regarding the assassination attempt against the original president since his last letter with the secretary of homeland security.

One whistleblower with direct knowledge of Secret Service planning for the event claims that there was supposed to be a law enforcement presence on the roof that day, contrary to Director Cheatle’s public statements about the” safety” of the sloped roof of American Glass Research Building 6.

The journalist claims that at least one person was given a roof for the duration of the protest, but that one of them resigned because of the warm weather, Hawley continued.

The Republican senator alleged that the journalist also claimed that law enforcement “foregoes patrolling Building 6 and alternatively stationed safety inside the building due to the” worries over the heat”

Hawley claimed in his notice that a Department of Homeland Security national had informed him that the agency had “nearly finished” its record on the agency’s staff members charged with providing stability at the former president’s rally on July 13. The legislator pleaded with the secretary of homeland security to “immediately” give him a copy of the report.

Hawley also requested that Mayorkas confirm whether the informant’s allegations were true and whether the standard had left the roof if the incident was true. He also inquired about Mayorkas ‘ ability to reveal which law enforcement installations were on the roof and whether any law enforcement personnel had misreported to the Trump rally’s locations in Pennsylvania.
