At a meeting of the European Political Community next week, fresh UK prime minister Keir Starmer reiterated his desire for greater cooperation with European allies in terms of defense and security in order to better support Ukraine.
Starmer has even suggested the creation of a UK-EU security agreement to cover a range of issues, including movement and power.
