A new study conducted by Rasmussen Accounts and the Heartland Institute finds that the majority of voters are concerned that the 2024 vote will be marred by fraud.

Sixty-two percent of” Likely Voters” are” concerned that cheating will affect the outcome of the 2024 election, including 37 % who are Very Concerned”, the survey found. According to the study, 83 percent of voters who said they voted for past president Donald Trump in 2020 are “at least fairly anxious that lying may affect the outcome of the 2024 vote.” The same problem was expressed by 42 percent of voters who said they supported President Joe Biden in the previous election cycle.

In the study, questions about the safety of mail-in votes were also raised. Voters who are not affiliated with either major party [were ] either the recipients of more than one official ballot in the mail or the recipient of a ballot for someone who does n’t live at their address in 2020, according to 22 percent of the Republicans surveyed, 18 percent of both Democrats, and participating “voters” The share of voters who said they received “multiple mail-in ballots in 2020 is higher ( 20 % ) among voters” in swing states Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, according to the survey.

The survey was conducted amongst 2, 466 good citizens nationwide and “5, 605 good citizens in the fight state” of Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. Between July 5 and July 12, the survey was conducted online and by telephone.

The Heartland Institute’s Chris Talgo, editor, said,” The fact that more than 60 % of likely voters are concerned about election integrity should be a big wake-up call to all those who reject the possibility of election fraud.”

The survey also found that” a little more than one percent … of Likely Voters” in the six battleground states said” they’re not U. S. citizens” while 0.85 percent said they are” not sure” if they are a citizen.

Federal voter registration aspects only let applicants check a box that indicates they are citizens when they cast ballots in national elections. At this time, there is no need for supporting documentation. The SAVE Act, which do require applicants to provide video citizen proof, was recently passed by republicans. Although Democrats have generally opposed the measure, the Save Act was passed in the House earlier this month.

In California, people with no federal Card is still ballot if they show a electricity expenses, credit cards, or gym membership as proof of identification. None of the above documents verify membership.

After Democrats abused flaws and, in some cases, usurped the legislature’s power by arbitrarily altering election laws, swing states particularly experienced a number of issues both during and after the 2020 election.

After discovering that more than 3, 000 ballots were scanned twice during the 2020 presidential recount, the Georgia State Election Board ( SEB ) criticized Fulton County for breaking the law in May. It is questionable whether the double-scanned vote “were really counted twice in the recount”, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported. Additionally, SEB member Janice Johnston reported in May that 380, 761 of the vote images from the Election Day 2020 machine matter were” not available.”

During the 2020 presidential election and 2022 midterms, dozens of mail-in votes in Pennsylvania that “did not agree with the deadline need” were also counted. In April, the Third U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals determined that unelected officials improperly accepted the votes that were not dated or erroneously dated during the presidential election.

However, other problems manifest during the 2020 vote are looking to return this November. Just last week, a federal judge in Nevada dismissed a problem from Republicans who claimed it was illegal to accept mail-in vote after Election Day. The decision allows a state laws to remain in effect that extends the timeframe for counties to embrace mail-in vote postmarked by Election Day to four weeks after Election Day. The act also permits ballots that “whose day of postmark may be determined” to be accepted as long as they are delivered by 9:00 p.m.
