The 15-year-old patients, who are now 15, left the vehicle at North 82nd Street after the adolescent suspects began to harass them over their admitted white privilege, The Post Millennial reported. According to the Post Millennial, the young patients fled from the defendants after being robbed. However, when the offenders spotted them using their devices, they were chased by the minor defendants. In the end, the youth were able to report the robbery to law enforcement and enter an ice cream shop.
The King County Prosecutor’s Office told The Ari Hoffman Show on Talk Radio 570 KVI that even if law enforcement can find and discover the defendants, the kids would not be charged. Despite police officials asking the public to share any information that might help identify the juvenile suspects accountable for Monday’s assault and abuse incident, the government has been told.
The King County Prosecutor’s Office cited position law , RCW 9A. 04.050,  , which states,” Children under the age of eight times are incapable of committing murder”. The Post Millennial reported that Child Protective Services might be in the know if the juveniles are identified even though the defendants might not be charged.
