A swarm of pro-Hamas activists burned American colors and vandalized national monuments outside Union Station on Wednesday in Washington, D.C., to rally Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s combined treatment address to Congress.

In response, Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., introduced the” No Visas for Violent Criminals Act”, which seeks to arrest foreign nationals who commit crimes while protesting.

” To arrest any foreigner who has engaged in violence or theft on federal home, my coworkers and I introduced a bill this morning. People on a card who participated in it should have it revoked immediately because of the deeds of the pro-Hamas loons at Union Station in Washington, Cotton said on X.

My acquaintances and I introduced a bill this morning to arrest any foreign national who has committed violence or theft on national property.

    — Tom Cotton ( @SenTomCotton ) July 24, 2024

Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., wrote a letter to Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas and Secretary of State Antony Blinken in response to Republicans in the House and Senate’s pleas for the Biden presidency to “enforce existing U.S. law and arrest these criminal supporters from our land.”

Cotton was joined by Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., and Sen. Ted Budd, R-N. C.

The proposed legislation will amend Section 1237 ( a ) ( 2 ) of the Immigration and Nationality Act to expedite the removal of foreign nationals convicted of vandalism, defacement, or destruction of a federal memorial or monument.

If a person commits a crime while participating in a opposition, they are content to imprisonment under the proposed legislation. The costs would also restrict noncitizens who willfully obstruct the use of any bridge, road, bridge, or tunnel.

Any violation may result in the revocation of the animal’s visa and an accelerated deportation.

Rep. Jim Banks, R-Ind., introduced a companion type in the House.

” Europeans who come here to distribute hatred, stop bridges, and destroy statues and other public property may be deported immediately”, Businesses said in a statement.

” If there’s students who are engaged in this radical activity that’s against the law and they’re here on a visa, they’re supposed to be removed”, said Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, earlier this year.

In a statement she released nearly 24 hours after the violent demonstrations began, Vice President Kamala Harris said,” I condemn any individuals associated with the brutal terrorist organization Hamas, which has vowed to annihilate the State of Israel and kill Jews.”

The Biden administration, however, has sympathized with these violent protesters. They are showing exactly what human emotion should be, according to Harris, who spoke to The Nation in an interview this month.

Harris is the Democratic nominee for the upcoming presidential election.

Countries like Greece have already taken legal action against foreign nationals who support pro-Hamas demonstrations, including deporting nine people.
