Musk made the comment in response to a video from September 2023 that Harris and Senator JD Vance (R-Ohio ) shared in which they attributed the high voter turnout of young voters in 2020 to their concerns about climate change.
” Because younger people said,’ We’re never leaving it to other people to decide how we’re dealing with the climate crisis ‘ — you know, I’ve heard fresh officials talk with me about a word they’ve coined called’ weather stress,'” Harris said at Reading Area Community College, as part of her” Battle for Our Freedoms” college journey.
