The Biden administration and Vice President Kamala Harris are being” clearly condemned” by the House on Thursday for their inaction in the US border problems. The resolution was passed on a bipartisan base as at least six Democrats voted for the , quality, introduced by House , Republican , event director Elise Stefanik of New York.
Approved in a 220-196 voting, the decision declared “border king” Harris and President Biden failed to “understand the weight of the problems at the frontier” and “fix” it. The single “nay” vote came from Democrats.
According to Stefanik (R-NY),” Harris and every elected Democrat own this historical border issue that has transformed every group into a border community.” ” It’s about time that we turn to President Donald Trump’s border safety measures, which prioritize the protection of Americans.”
” At our Northern Border, in the Swanton Sector, I have witnessed firsthand with the Border Patrol the disastrous consequences of Kamala Harris ‘ failed Far Left open border agenda, which resulted in a historic increase in illegal crossings like we have never seen at our Northern Border before including individuals on the terrorist watchlist,” said Stefanik, whose district covers upstate New York.
” Kamala Harris created a humanitarian issue that has threatened the lives of millions of people,” she said. House Republicans may secure the border”, she declared.
President Joe Biden tapped Harris in March of 2021 to handle the “root causes” of the immigrant problems, after which she was deemed the’ border king.’ After she was given the task, she did not visit the US-Mexico borders for over three times, and since then, at least 8 million workers have come into the region.
She endured an awkward interview with NBC News just before Harris later crossed the border.  , The vice president dismissed criticism for not showing up in a June 2021 meeting with NBC News, erroneously stating,” We’ve been to the frontier. But this whole thing about the boundary, we’ve been to the boundary”.
” You have n’t been to the border”, NBC anchor Lester Holt pushed back.
” And I have n’t been to Europe”, Harris replied laughing. ” And I mean, I do n’t understand the point that you’re making. I do n’t discount the significance of the border.
House Republicans have long criticized Biden, Harris, and various management officials for backtracking Trump-era immigration laws like” Live in Mexico” and rejecting the alleged murder of American women and girls by illegal immigrants who eluded entry, including Laken Riley, Rachel Morin, and Jocelyn Nungary, according to The New York Post.
Moreover, at least 50 workers in an ISIS-affiliated individual smuggling system have even come into the land, 16 of whom have since been apprehended by national regulators.
