Justin Timberlake’s counsel testified in a New York courthouse on Friday morning to deny the singer’s allegations that he was intoxicated when he appeared in court on his behalf.

According to Justin’s attorney Edward Burke,” the most important thing we have to say today is that Justin should n’t have been arrested for driving while intoxicated,” adding that there were” a number of very significant errors” made by the authorities in connection with the case.
” Sometimes the officers, just like every one of us, make mistakes, and that is the case in this very incident”, he added.
” I will state that Justin respects law protection. I’ll suggest that he fully acknowledges the crucial work that they do, and that he cooped up with authorities from the moment he was let go from his vehicle, Burke said.
” The details remain, he was not intoxicated. I’ll say it again: Justin Timberlake was no intoxicated. And we’re pretty convinced that the judicial charge will be dropped.
Turner, who was  , driving a 2025 BMW, was pulled over first the morning of June 18 after he reportedly blew through a stop sign in Sag Harbor, not far from the American Hotel. When he was stopped and charged with one criminal matter of driving while intoxicated, he was leaving the well-known cafe.
