Missouri Attorney General , Andrew Bailey , has announced that he is suing the Biden-Harris leadership for files concerning the government’s reported effort to journey illegal immigrants from the borders into Missouri.

Mark Alford (R-Mo. ) to Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas, along with other Democratic lawmakers from Missouri. Legislators at the time requested clarifications from Mayorkas regarding the Biden administration’s plans to immigrate unlawful immigrants to the US.
In the letter, Republican lawmakers expressed a “deep concern” regarding the Biden administration’s Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela ( CHNV ) parole program and warned that the Department of Homeland Security had “reached far beyond the statutory authority granted to them by Congress” by flying more than 400, 000 illegal immigrants into the United States.
According to the text, at least two persons had been flown into Missouri in 2023, according to a list provided by the Department of Homeland Security. The lawmakers expressed “deep concerns” about the entry of unvetted, then illegal, illegal aliens into the country.
