The Families of the Victims of 9/11 in Anguish Over Decision to Allow the Terrorist Plotters a Plea Deal

The deputy prosecutor for the testing of the 9/11 attack conspirators, Rear Adm. Aaron C. Rugh, informed the families of the victims that Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, Walid al Attash, and Mustafa al-Hawsawi had accepted a life sentence from the accused.

These three accused have agreed to plead guilty to all of the charged acts, including the death of the 2, 976 individuals listed in the command plate, according to the letter.

” I feel like I was kicked in the pellets”, said retired NYPD official Jim Smith. His partner, Moira Smith, was killed in the terror strikes.

According to Smith,” The prosecutors and the people have waited for our day in court to expose what these animals have done to our loved people.”

It seems unbelievable that almost 3, 000 Americans ‘ murderers managed to cheat the system for 21 years and ultimately prevent the death penalty. Test delays were caused by the plaintiffs ‘ abuse during interrogation. However, the defense intended to present additional information that would have proven guilty to the planners. Unfortunately, almost all of it is highly classified, and defense lawyers have been agitating for years to make that evidence public, which is something the CIA wo n’t do.

The trial was therefore stuck in a connect. The trial judge had the option of tossing the revelations while leaking different information that might have helped convict the jihadists. So the trial had to come up with a plea bargain that eliminated the death penalty.

” I actually did like the death penalty”, said Kathleen Vigiano. Her New York Police policeman father, Joseph, and fire brother-in-law, John, were both killed at the World Trade Center. ” They did kill 3, 000 Americans and people are still dying from post-9/11 cancer”.

” I am very unhappy. We quietly waited a while. I wanted the death penalty, the state has failed us”, Daniel D’Allara, whose twin brother, John, was an NYPD officer killed in the strikes, told the New York Post.

The three terrorists will have to respond to questions from some of the victims ‘ families as part of the plea deal.

    New York Times:

Under the operation, often known as therapeutic justice, the household users may post questions by Sept. 14, and should get answers by the end of 2024. Mr. Mohammed’s attorney, Gary D. Sowards, noted that having Mr. Mohammed solution” all issues of how and why 9/11 occurred” was an essential part of the deal.

The certainty that so many people have long sought will be” the several people whose lives were painfully affected by these events,” according to Mr. Sowards. The state has consented to allowing victims and survivors to share their accounts of how 9/11 had a significant impact on their lives, which is equally significant.

Republicans were angry with the plea bargain. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas ) said,” Anything short of their execution is a complete and total miscarriage of justice. Time and time again, this administration shows failure to our enemies”.

JD Vance, the vice presidential candidate, went even further. ” We need a leader who kills jihadists, not communicates with them”, he told followers at a campaign rally in Arizona.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S. C. ) said the Biden administration was a “dream team” for terrorists.

According to Graham’s post on social media,” They were apparently allowed to plead guilty, prevent the death sentence, and possibly received a number of other conditions.” The Biden-Harris Administration has been a “dream staff for jihadists and rogue state like Iran,” according to the Biden-Harris Administration, “from the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan to broken edges and empowering Iran.”

House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La. ) called the petition bargain “unthinkable”.

The Biden-Harris Administration has done the inconceivable: they’ve agreed to a plea bargain with Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the genius of the September 11th attacks, and two of his partners.

The jihadists responsible for 9/11’s planning and execution have not been “brought to righteousness.” The country that carried out the attacks has also gone unnoticed and unknown, in addition to these three terrorists having the freedom to live out their life. Yet some members of the royal family who supported Osama bin Laden have not yet been held accountable for their acts. &nbsp,

The families wo n’t likely experience that day, and there wo n’t be any compensation for the harm done by Saudi nationals. The people of the 9/11 victims must bear the additional costs associated with the plea deals that were reached by the terrorists.
