With its innovative services, a unique bar in Tokyo, Japan, is drawing customers from all over the world. Muscle Girls Bar employs strong, athletic women, including Portuguese jiu-jitsu experts, health celebrities, professional athletes, and women, who offer a range of real interactions with patrons, according to a report from South China Morning Post.
Customers can purchase “muscle cash” to pay for service such as being slapped, kicked, or carried princess-style by the waiters.
These services can cost up to 30, 000 yen ( US$ 200 ). The bar’s waitresses love oranges with their bare arms, making the most well-liked beverages there.
Customers can also ride on the waitresses ‘ shoulders while they perform lunges, with costs varying based on the company’s weight. One hostess, Maru, who weighs around 50kg, you lift and carry a 130kg person.
The club was opened in 2020 by Hari, a previous fitness influencer on YouTube, after her treadmill closed due to the Covid-19 crisis. Hari, a strong tennis player, is comfortable in her hitting strength and strategy.
A Chinese female consumer, Hikaru, smiled after being slapped and said,” The problems made me forget all my concerns”. The bar’s global audience is evident from a image on the roof, which shows guests from different countries, including Denmark, Mexico, and Germany.
Customer Samantha Low praised the staff for challenging the notion that Asian women are little and frail. She said,” I feel quite completely and liberated in this bar”.
Some people praised the muscular women and the special stress-relief approach, while others found the idea of experiencing real pain in a pub to be ridiculous. The topic has already sparked a lot of conversation on social media.
