Ironclad control over all facets of the Olympic Games is exercised by the International Olympic Committee ( IOC). They make the rules. And they still have effect if their laws conflict with those of the world’s governing body.  ,

This is the case with the two female athletes with female genes, female muscles, and adult strength who are competing against women at the Paris Olympics. For an undisclosed reason, the International Boxing Association ( IBA ) declared AImane Khelif of Algeria and Lin Yu-ting of Taiwan ineligible last year.  ,
Khelif’s reviews of a negative body test are inaccurate. The IBA then declares that the exam was” a distinct and recognized check.” that revoked his eligibility. But the IOC does n’t administer such “gender tests”, so the two were eligible to compete in the Paris Olympics.
In a statement released on Thursday, the IOC stated that it was saddened by the misuse the two sportsmen are already receiving. ” Every person has the right to exercise activity without bias”.
The IOC merely stripped the IBA of its status and took over the fighting opposition as opposed to sit down and work out the gender problems. The reported explanation was “finance and governance problems”, according to ESPN. The IBA is a product of Gazprom, and the IOC and the IBA have been at odds with one another since Russia invaded Ukraine. The IOC’s removal of its authority had more to do with global politics than with the registration issue, which is a hot mess.
Each sport’s unique worldwide governing body governs the Olympics. The IOC oversees them, but they are basically separate bodies of sports management. The IOC claims that the IBA’s determination to outlaw athletes was “arbitrary.” In fact, just before the gold prize contest, the IBA allegedly came up with a justification for Khelif’s restrictions at the World Championships.

The IBA made the statement that” these two players were the victims of a sudden and random selection by the IOC.” They were instantly disqualified without any due process toward the IBA World Championships in 2023.
Khelif and Lin ( who fights on Friday ) have not announced that they are” transgender”. They have merely stated that they are women and intend to engage in their own right. The IOC would not be interested in this.
Khelif and Lin have been beaten by people in international competitions, according to the IOC’s supporters, who have both been involved for decades. Lin lost in the round of 16 of a different weight group, while Helif lost in the semifinals of the Tokyo Olympics.  ,
A rare condition that simply affects 0.05 to 1 % of the people, known as DSD, is believed to exist in both people. ” Even called’ intersex’ problems, DSDs can result in outwardly adult individuals having man chromosomes or anatomy”, according to the Daily Mail.
At this year’s Olympics, people with these situations and the potential benefit of having DSDs have become a source of controversy.  ,
Khelif, who was officially banned from a previous children’s global competition event after being alleged to have had “male sex chromosomes,” is at the center of the controversy because she is a “biological male.”  ,
At the time International Boxing Associate leader, Umar Kremlev, claimed the exams had proven Khelif ‘ had XY chromosomes’, which are an sign someone is female.  ,
He continued,” they found players who were pretending to be people and making up their own bodies.”  ,
But, and to great discussion, she was cleared to provide the Paris activities.

Are they men or women? In Khelif’s situation, he lives his life, at least often, as a person.  ,
If the Olympics were all about “fairness”, that’s what they should perform.
