A 54-year-old grandmother’s dangerous burglary victim in Virginia was the victim of the arrest of an improper immigrant from El Salvador on Sunday.
Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin tweeted that the illegal immigrant think who had been spotted on X was an illegal immigrant from El Salvador who had illegally entered the country as a “gotaway” and that ICE had confirmed that the believe was an illegal immigrant from El Salvador.
In a Wednesday press discharge, The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office identified the suspect as 21-year-old Jose Aguilar-Martinez. According to The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office, Aguilar-Martinez carjacked 54-year-old Melody Waldecker in Sterling, Virginia, on Sunday. The illegal expatriate ran the 54-year-old mother over and killed her as he fled the scene.
Aguilar-Martinez was detained about 45 minutes after, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office, while responding police officers discovered Waldecker useless at the crime’s site.

The sheriff’s office explained that the illegal immigrant “appears to be from El Salvador”, had a California driver’s license, and did not include a fixed address.
The illegal immigrant, age 21, was detained on Wednesday and is scheduled to experience additional costs in the coming days. Aguilar-Martinez is being held without bail at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center, according to the sheriff’s department.
