
A 6.1 magnitude quake struck Mindanao, Philippines, on Saturday at 9.50 am, the National Center for Seismology (NCS) said.
The center of the disaster was located at area with location 8.24 degrees North latitude and 126.74 degrees East latitude, at a level of 10 meters below the Earth’s area.
No deaths have been reported however, according to NCS.
Sharing a blog on X, NCS said:” Extraversion of M: 6.1, On: 03/08/2024 09: 50: 26 IST, Lat: 8.24 N, Long: 126.74 E, Depth: 10 Km, Place: Mindanao, Philippines”.
The NCS reported that large tremors were likewise felt at 3.52 am in the early morning hours, prior to the latest seismic engagement, with its center located in Mindanao, Philippines, at a level of 10 meters.
