State data and lies are everywhere, but perhaps nothing is more damning than the official poverty rate, which, according to Rasmussen, is half the real rate. Worse, more than four times as many Americans are unemployed as they were in July’s official rate of 4.3 %.

Since the COVID lockdowns, this nation has experienced a tasks crisis that I’ve been writing about for weeks now, but cheers to Bidenomics, it has never recovered from. Also, the latest Rasmussen employment poll has the figures.
If you’ve ever wondered where some of your VIP membership dollars go, you wo n’t have to worry about paying the subscription fee ( and taking the tax write-off ). The report is paywalled, but I do.
The Bureau of Labor Statistics ( BLS ) should report each month about the percentage of Americans who are unemployed and seeking employment after a survey of nearly 9, 000 adults by Rasmussen found to be 8.4 % in July. The BLS reported a rosy 4.3 % unemployment rate last month, up from June’s equally imaginary 4.1 %.
From that, things only get worse. Because under Bidenomics, of lessons, they do.
One in four older Americans is retired, which is great for them. Just under 30 % of those who are employed by a private business are businesses, which can range from starting an Uber to starting a Silicon Valley company.  ,
Almost one in ten government positions are at some stage or another. Without creating any tangible money, those workers are solely supported by tax dollars. Every state employee who is in charge of oversight makes things harder for the rest of us.

You might come to the conclusion that these numbers do n’t add up to anything close to 100 % if you’ve been keeping track of them. About 3 % of the parents surveyed said they were” no sure” about their employment situation, which I assume includes using marijuana. The remaining 9.7 % said they were unemployed but not looking — document. e.,” No in Workforce”.
That means 18.1 % of Americans are capable of working, or at least would like to work, but either ca n’t or have given up trying to find work. That is more than four times the nation’s established poverty level.
It also means that the 45 % of Americans who do work in the private sector are, in one way or another, supporting the 55 % who do n’t, ca n’t, or wo n’t work.
Therefore, it might be that you felt worn out on Monday night to get up for work.
While Rasmussen’s numbers are n’t in Great Depression territory, when the honest unemployment rate hit 25 %, they’re right in line with an anemic economy or an actual recession. And that’s despite Washington throwing billions into the business— including$ 8 billion for Intel, which merely laid off 15, 000 people — to fire growth.

What we need is another round of major deregulation, tax breaks, and an end to Washington’s reckless spending — the reverse of Bidenomics.  ,
