The sweetheart plea deal, which would have eliminated Khalid Sheikh Mohammed ( KSM), one of the masterminds of those attacks, and some of his henchmen, had unexpectedly been withdrawn, by Brett Eagleson, whose father was killed in the jihad attacks of September 11, 2001, made headlines. Eagleson, along with a large number of other Americans, believes that Mohammed should indeed get the death penalty — unless he wants it, which does n’t seem to be the case. It’s an unexpected situation, but Eagleson is best.

Eagleson heads up an institution called 9/11 Justice, which speaks up for individuals of 9/11 and people who are, like Eagleson himself, friends of those who were killed in the attacks. He “wants to see the Al Qaeda jihadists and KSM perish in jail if they are hoping to die for the cause,” according to TMZ’s report from Tuesday.” He wants them to be killed if they are hoping for a comfortable life behind bars.”
Eagleson has a place. The death sentence would have been welcomed if Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and his brother jihadis had fully supported the principles that inspired their plot to kill nearly three thousand people. The Qur’an makes no guarantees of a place in paradise for those who “kill and are killed” for Allah ( 9: 111 ), which makes this claim difficult to come by.  ,
In the modern era, this poetry has become the justification for murder bombings. Ibn Kathir, a distinguished medieval Islamic scholar, quotes Allah as saying,” Allah has paid His believing workers for their lives and wealth through Paradise.” Another revered professor, Ibn Juzayy, adds tremendously that this verse’s” wisdom is common to every believer doing jihad in the way of Allah until the Day of Rising” . ,
If KSM believes that, and he certainly seems to, why did n’t he jump at the chance to get the death penalty? When in heaven, he may have gotten to enjoy sexual delights with the legendary seventy-two girls for all eternity.  ,
Muhammad is depicted in an Islamic custom saying,” Although Allah will accept no one to Paradise, Allah will marry him to 72 ladies, two from angels, and 72 from his legacy from the people of Hell,” according to the Islamic custom. ( Sunan Ibn Majah, vol. 5, text 37, no. 4337 ). Yes, that’s right: according to Islamic custom, seventy of the well-known seventy-two girls are really people who have been sent to heaven and are serving their sentences by acting as sex slaves for the people in heaven. So it seems that what people find to be heaven is actually hell for women.

However, these beliefs are why, they love suicide more than we love life, as so many mujahideen have reminded us over the centuries. So why would KSM and the others, who in 2009 published a long Muslim security for their 9/11 planning, want to avoid the death penalty?

We may not know the answer, but we can at least be certain as to why Austin reinstated the death sentence and revoked the plea deal. Was there a sudden sense of compassion for these individuals that Austin overcame? Or did he suddenly become outraged over the deal because of a sudden outburst of loyalty? Travel on, man! We’re referring to a member of the Biden program.  ,
Austin probably withdrew the deal because it was so consistently negative, not because it blindsided him and caused him to feel righteous indignation.  ,
On Thursday, Rep. Mike Rogers (R-Ala. ), chairman of the House Armed Services Committee, wrote to Austin saying that the deal was “unconscionable”. House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky. ), meanwhile, wrote to Biden excoriating him for the White House Security Council’s claim that Old Joe “played no role in the negotiations”. An analysis, with more of those terrible hearings, was in the future. The government were outraged.  ,
Austin likely did n’t see that he had any choice. Nowadays, it’s a task for him and his fellowrades to have Kamala Harris elected leader. Why does Trump need to show how treasonous this government really is ( as if he had n’t already had enough )? He then removed a potentially harmful promotion issue. Austin did the government a useful services, and will definitely get his prize. And if Brett Eagleson gets his way, but did Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, at long last.
