West Coast, Messed Coast™: Hey Hollywood, How’s That Defund the Police Thing Working Out for You?

Welcome, West Coast, Messed Coast ™ readers. I’ve got an annual PSA for this week to help readers who are unfamiliar with the media’s coverage of the Western states ‘ fire season, which just kicked off this summer. But before that, come find out how that “defunding authorities” position is working out in La La Land. &nbsp,

Authorities for me, but not for lord

A relatively mysterious firm of private firefighters was recently exposed by a devouring fire in wine country. People were shocked to learn that the firefighters hired did n’t only extinguish the fires in their customers ‘ homes but also in others. &nbsp,

After the home of Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson was attacked by a crime gang in Los Angeles, the second great shoe is coming off the shelves. A number of thefts have occurred at high-end properties in Southern California. Peruvian gang members have been robbing homes of wealthy people for months in San Diego as a result of Joe Biden’s and his Border Czar’s intervention. &nbsp,

Joe Biden and his Border Czar’s “notoriously aggressive” Tren de Aragua Cuban groups have done the same in different parts of&nbsp, the land.

In La La Land, an prepared theft ring is then stealing from both homes. It’s causing stress in Encino, which is ground low for the robbery circle.

The L. A. Times reports that wealthy people are buying their&nbsp, individual officers. No, never your normal safety men with pagers but gunned-up soldiers to patrol their properties full-time after the rash of thefts. They’re buying weapons to. &nbsp,

LAPD is increasing guards, but when minute count, officers are just days ahead.

Is n’t this the same bunch of California swells who encouraged the “defund the police” movement? Come to think of it, is n’t one of the BLM founders ‘ mansions nearby? &nbsp,

    Next off, Steve Garvey

Senate candidate and former large slugger, Steve Garvey, has seen the destruction and heard the stories from Oakland, Calif. He said he’s seen plenty. He’s called on the Oakland president to retire. &nbsp,

” The people of Oakland deserve to feel safe whether&nbsp, they are &nbsp, grocery shopping, working, or sleeping at home. No one should be constantly afraid of being robbed or shot, according to Garvey. &nbsp, He ‘s&nbsp, asked his Democrat Adam Schiff to meet him in the call&nbsp, for&nbsp, getting&nbsp, off of this disastrous president.

Oh, they’re’ man-made’ flames, both best

Because they do n’t share the problems, people in the East and the South have little idea of what a significant story this is. California has between 40%-50 % of the world’s poor in its edges. &nbsp,

Of course, we’re told that these flames are caused by man-made&nbsp, world warming&nbsp, weather change&nbsp, climate crisis. Besides changing the scary&nbsp, name, we’re likewise told that the monthly fire people have seen for centuries are caused by men and women driving SUVs and using air cooling. But not so quick. &nbsp, Some burns start&nbsp, by&nbsp, thunder, others&nbsp, by&nbsp, sparking up at a homeless tent. &nbsp, It’s getting worse.

Let’s begin in Washington, where” Tacoma people share light fears following several fires near poor camp”, according to&nbsp, KOMO News. &nbsp, We’re told of “multiple burns coming from homeless camps in the woods that could lead to a larger, and more dangerous fire” .&nbsp, But woke&nbsp, local conditions reporters also constantly remind viewers that fires are due to climate change. &nbsp, Over and over. &nbsp,

Seattle is&nbsp, on pace&nbsp, for a “record number of fires set at homeless camps this year” .&nbsp,

An “abandoned cooking fire at a homeless station” in Bend, Oregon,” threatened hundreds of homes on Bend’s northern end, prompted emergency, and knocked out authority before a big air and ground invasion stopped its spread.”

The Darlene 3 flames, which became known as it, was thought to have been the result of a camp fire that left thousands of acres of homeless. That idea was bolstered even further by a popular video of a burned-out unemployed camp. &nbsp,

Fortunately, the Bureau of Land Management ( BLM) &nbsp, said, &nbsp,” that centuries of fuel treatments on BLM land helped halt the fire in its lines”.

Not so with another blaze in Oregon, where&nbsp, the AP&nbsp, effectively reports that” Climate change is increasing the frequency of lightning strikes as the place endures recording-breaking warmth and bone-dry conditions”. You know, maybe if we&nbsp, just&nbsp, go to electric cars, lightning strikes will lessen. &nbsp,

In the L. A. area,” Calif. residents, activists worry about increasing homeless encampment fires”, especially in the Sepulveda Basin where&nbsp, FireRescue1.com&nbsp, reports that activists with the Audubon Society are astonished that homeless people can bring in construction materials and live in the sticks. &nbsp,

Indeed, they should be concerned. &nbsp, Elsewhere in&nbsp, L. A.,” Westlake residents call on officials to clean up homeless encampment after fire causes damage” ,&nbsp, ABC 7&nbsp, reported earlier this summer.

In San Francisco,” Homeless encampment fires in San Francisco doubled over 5 years, causing millions in damage” are man-made, according to The Standard. But if the crack pipe falls&nbsp, into&nbsp, a garbage pile and makes no sound, can anyone hear&nbsp, the truth?

Things are so bad in California that the big thinkers there have &nbsp, a solution. &nbsp,” Homeless advocates say cities, counties should distribute tools to prevent fires in encampments”, reports the state&nbsp, public radio&nbsp, network. &nbsp,

You may wonder if authorities knew where all the encampments were that they’d clear them out, but that’s wrongthink, silly! In fact, one of the advocates claimed that “unhoused people are really the first responders in these fires,” and that they “very much” want to stop these fires from causing extensive harm and damage. There’s definitively some truth to this, but why encourage&nbsp, the illegal&nbsp, behavior? &nbsp,

I spent years in San Diego, and&nbsp, I&nbsp, know at least one person who lost their home to an out-of-control wildfire and covered dozens of fires as a reporter. Fire risk has increased as a result of San Diego’s habit of housing homeless people. &nbsp,

No statistics exist to indicate that homeless camps start fires, but residents who live above the county’s numerous canyons can see things with their own eyes, according to homeless advocates. Indeed,” Of the&nbsp, 430 brush&nbsp, fires’ likely’ started by unhoused residents last year”, reports&nbsp, inewssource .com, &nbsp,” San Diego Fire-Rescue officials acknowledged they’re not certain how many of them&nbsp, actually&nbsp, came from an encampment”.

They’ll keep arguing while San Diego burns. &nbsp,

    Keep an eye on this

Oregon has been made aware that it has been violating the NVOR Act by Judicial Watch. Oregon and all other states must remove inactive voters from their voter rolls under the NVRA.

Oregon, which is too busy giving illegal aliens driver’s licenses and voter registration cards, has n’t replied yet. &nbsp,

If the state does n’t comply before the election, Judicial Watch says it will file a lawsuit.

They have n’t ruined everything yet

Until next week, keep your powder dry and your head on a swivel. &nbsp,
