A&nbsp, Democrat&nbsp, New York judge issued a ruling Monday that&nbsp, prevents &nbsp, independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr from the New York vote in what is part of the public’s latest efforts to try and prevent Kennedy from spoiling Vice President Kamala Harris ‘ chances of winning.

In a 34-page choice, Judge Christina Ryba stated that Kennedy’s alleged home in Katonah, New York, is not “bona genuine and legitimate house, but merely a” fake” handle that he assumed to maintain his voter registration and support his presidential bid. Kennedy asserts that he has a condition driver’s license and that his primary residence has been New York since 1964.

Ryba claims that although Kennedy’s main house is in California, he has a “long-standing design” of maintaining his voting registration in New York.

” Kennedy’s title of the 84 Croton Lake Road target as his ‘ place of residence’ was a false affirmation requiring invalidation of the petition”, Ryba ruled.

Importantly, if Kennedy’s main mansion is California, then he would not be eligible for the electoral college vote if he won because Nicole Shannahan, his running mate, lives there, and the 12th Amendment forbids individuals from receiving electoral vote if both individuals are from the same position.

Democrats were criticized for using lawfare to remove political competitors from the ballot in recent months after Democrats unsuccessfully attempted to remove previous president Donald Trump from the ballot in several states.

” The Democrats are showing hatred for democracy”, Kennedy said in a statement. They are attempting to prevent citizens from having a choice because they are n’t convinced they can win at the polls. We’ll file an appeal, and we’ll prevail.

Kennedy continued,” This event is an assault on New York citizens who signed in record numbers to put me on their poll.” The DNC has evolved into a political group that replaces the political operation with lawfare.

In Pennsylvania and Illinois, the same Democratic-aligned PAC that led the New York lawsuit, is also pursuing Kennedy’s treatment. In Pennsylvania, Clear Choice Action argues Kennedy’s complaint should get tossed because of “irregularities” with names and complaints Kennedy falsified his address.

Hillary Clinton lost the condition by around 44, 000 vote, while Green Party applicant Jill Stein received around 50, 000 vote.

During the 2016 election in Wisconsin, Stein won 30, 000 seats in the position that Trump won by only 22, 000 seats. As The Federalist’s Editor-in-Chief Mollie Hemingway explained in her bestseller Manipulated,” Some Democrats blamed]Stein ] for the Clinton lost, since she had won more votes than Clinton’s margin of defeat in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania”.

Progressives will now be working harder in 2020, with Wisconsin Democrats working to keep Green Party candidate Howie Hawkins off the vote “despite filling roughly double the number of signatures needed to appear on the ballot,” Hemingway said. A Democrat donor and advocate named Allen Arnsten had filed a problem, without providing any evidence, that the Green Party’s vice presidential candidate may have listed an invalid handle on the group’s selecting petition, according to Hemingway in Rigged.

Democrats in the Keystone State filed an appeal to the left-leaning state Supreme Court to remove Hawkins and his running mate Angela Walker from the ballot after losing in the Commonwealth Court. Democrats successfully argued before the state’s Supreme Court that Walker “faxed a copy of her affidavit without a cover letter and hand’t followed up to ensure it was received” as Hemingway had claimed.

” The final margin in Pennsylvania in 2020 was just over eighty thousands votes”, Hemingway wrote in Rigged. ” Biden’s decision to keep the leftist party that received fifty thousand votes off the ballot was a huge victory.”

Democrats have tried unsuccessfully in efforts to stop Kennedy from acting like a Stein-like spoiler in states like New Jersey, North Carolina, Utah, Hawaii, and Idaho.
